Rose & Co Media is a boutique, female founded talent management and brand partnerships studio built to support long term creator careers and high performing brand partnerships.
With deep experience on the brand side, our approach is informed by a clear understanding of how partnerships are evaluated, negotiated, and scaled. Prior to founding Rose & Co Media, our founder worked on the brand side at leading consumer brands including Alo Yoga, Malbon Golf, and Fabletics, building and managing creator partnerships across wellness, fashion, and lifestyle. This perspective allows us to help creators build meaningful careers and to help brands build high performing creator programs.
We represent a curated roster of creators across wellness, lifestyle, fashion, and beauty, working as hands-on partners in content strategy, brand alignment, and long term career development.
At the same time, we collaborate with select brands on influencer strategy, partnerships, and creator led campaigns from talent sourcing through execution, ensuring every partnership is intentional, effective, and thoughtfully managed.
